When you think about it, this moment right now is really all we've got any control over. But it's kinda crazy how much time we spend mentally somewhere else, isn't it? Like, how often do you catch yourself replaying that awkward thing you said at a party three years ago? Or that argument you had with your friend last week? I do it all the time. Our brains just love to hit rewind and make us cringe all over again. And then there's the future stuff. I'm definitely guilty of daydreaming about winning the lotter...
